10 1.4. Improvements for 2018/2019 The goal of a 2% reduction was not achieved. The reason is that the registrations that were started in con- nection with the establishment of objectives, from the outset has not been carried out correctly. During the period 2018 to July 2019, 147 safety data sheets / substances and materials have been removed from our orga- nization. We have chosen to maintain our goal and expect to reach less than 300 safety data sheets in 2020. The reduction in electricity consumption is now on target. This is primarily achieved due to the replacement of LED light sources on all factory units and in the administration. *Expected consumption is calculated in relation to 2016 figures and the actual activity level in the current year. Other activities & achieved results Light sources replaced with LED lights at the factories P2 - P3, offices, canteens and external lighting. The flow temperature is lowered significantly on process heat. The expectation is a 10+% reduction in total heat consumption. New gantry cranes are installed in production. They have greater lifting capacity to be able to match market demands for larger and therefore heavier elements. In addition, the cranes are easier to move / operate to the benefit of the internal working environment.
