UNIQUE
ENERGY
PERFORMANCE...
E
ref
er den nye beregningsmodel, som i høj grad fremover
vil blive anvendt til at vurdere vinduers samlede Energi
Performance.
Modellen modregner den passive solenergi, der kommer
ind gennem ruden, med den varme, der forsvinder ud
gennem karm-/rammekonstruktionen. Den tager desuden
udgangspunkt i en typisk fyringssæson, hvor energige-
vinsten er målbar. Optimale værdier for vinduer opnås
nye E
ref
-model.
It is the intention of the UK government
1)
that all new
homes in England and Wales will be carbon-neutral from
2016. To achieve this, the energy efficiency standards for
new homes will be gradually improved by 25% in 2010 and
by 44% in 2013, relative to 2006 standards. It is also the
ambition that all new non-domestic buildings will be carbon-
neutral from 2019, starting with a 25% improvement of the
energy efficiency standard in 2010.
Energy-efficient windows and doors are a very important
element in achieving these objectives, but the use of
energy-efficient windows is equally important when
renovating existing buildings.
In the revised Part L (2010), the Window Energy Rating
scheme is being introduced as a tool to ensure that all
aspects of the energy performance of windows are being
assessed in a standardised way. The WER takes into
account the thermal heat loss (U-value), the solar energy
heat gain (g-value) and the ventilation heat loss (L-factor).
The future requirement for replacement windows is
expected to be WER band C.
Idealcombi has designed Futura + with slim profiles,
exceptionally low U-values and double weather seals to
achieve the best possible rating.
